Using LanSource, it is nice not having to worry about my IT system. There is also peace of mind knowing that our files are backed up nightly. We’ve had to access the backup files and were able to retrieve the files immediately without effecting our production.

I like that we get the same engineer who is familiar with our system so we don’t have to work with someone who is not knowledgeable and needs valuable time to get up to speed with our server/system.
